1. Definitions

The following definitions apply to the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra Terms & Conditions (the T&Cs):

Bonus Offer means those promotions available to you as listed in Clause 4.

No Site Fees To Pay means the waiver of the weekly Site Fees payable by you to Serenitas.

Eligibility Criteria means the conditions that must be met before you will be entitled to receive the Bonus Offer, as identified in Clause 3.

Sales Contract means the contract entered between you and Serenitas that details the terms of your purchase of a Stage 1 Home.

Serenitas means Serenitas Operations Pty Ltd.

Settlement means the date you pay the remaining purchase price for your home in the Site and become the legal owner of the home at the Site.

Site means a home purchased in the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra on land leased from Serenitas located at 27 Finch Road, Canungra QLD 4275.

Site Agreement means the agreement between you and Serenitas under the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 (Cth) that details:

• The rental by you of a particular Site in a residential park;
• The manufactured home’s position in the residential park;
• The non-exclusive use of the park’s common areas and communal facilities by you; and
• Any special provisions or conditions required or permitted by the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 (Cth) to be in the Site Agreement.

Site Fees mean the weekly rent payable by you to Serenitas in accordance with the terms of your Site Agreement.

Stage 1 Home means homes 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 17, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, and 40 at the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra.

2. Bonus Offer Period

The Bonus Offer period during which you may be eligible for the Bonus Offer, commences 9am (AEST) on 11 April 2025 and concludes at 5pm (AEST) on 30 June 2025.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Bonus Offer, you must satisfy all of the following Eligibility Criteria before the conclusion of the Bonus Offer period on 30 June 2025:

• You must enter into an approved Site Agreement with Serenitas;
• You must enter into a Sales Contract with Serenitas (conditional or unconditional) to purchase a Stage 1 Home; and
• Settlement must be complete within 10 business days of Serenitas confirming the next available date of settlement.

4. Bonus Offer

Subject to you satisfying the Eligibility Criteria, the Bonus Offer available to you includes:

No Site Fees To Pay from the date of Settlement for a period of 6 months and valued from $6,760 up to $7,670, as at the date of these T&Cs, with the specific amount dependent on the relevant Stage 1 Home; a cash bonus credited to your home Settlement amount, valued at $2,000; and a gift voucher from O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley Vineyards valued at $500 (with any costs incurred for purchases above this value being your sole responsibility). You agree that:

(1) the gift voucher remains subject to, at all times, O’Reilly’s Canungra Valley gift voucher terms and conditions (including validity and expiry); and (2) if the gift voucher is not available to you for whatever reason, Serenitas will provide a substitute (at its election) of equal value.

The total Bonus Offer is valued between $9,260 up to $10,170, as of the date of these T&Cs, depending on the Site Fees applicable to your Site.

5. Revocation of or change to Bonus Offer

At any time prior to you becoming eligible for the Bonus Offer, Serenitas reserves the right to revoke or change the Bonus Offer, including the Bonus Offer period and the Eligibility Criteria at any time without notice.
If you sell your home at the Site during the first 6 months of Settlement, you forfeit any remaining No Site Fees To Pay
 

6. Non-transferability

You agree that:
The Bonus Offer (and each separate incentive that makes up the Bonus Offer) is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash (either individually or collectively); and The Bonus Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Serenitas offer or incentive.
 

7. Value exclusive of offers, discounts or rebates

The value of the Bonus Offer does not take into account any other offers, discounts, or rebates.
Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra is proudly owned and operated by Serenitas.
Pricing of Stage 1 Homes is subject to change at any time without notice.
