We’re excited to share a major milestone for our community! Construction has officially begun on the brand-new, multimillion-dollar Clubhouse at Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra.

This morning, we marked the occasion with a sod-turning ceremony led by Tom Court, Director of Land Lease at The Property Council of Australia, alongside our QLD Leadership Team and key representatives from Serenitas, celebrating the next chapter in bringing our vision for a vibrant, connected over-50s lifestyle community to life. With completion scheduled for Autumn 2027, the Clubhouse is set to become the heart of our resort.

The new Clubhouse has been carefully designed to bring people together and support an active, social lifestyle. Once complete, homeowners can enjoy a wide range of premium facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool and spa with poolside lounges, fully equipped gym and fitness studio, bowling green, pickleball court, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, cinema and sports bar and much, much more.

This space will form more than a collection of amenities, it will become the beating heartbeat of the resort where friendships are formed, activities are shared, and community truly comes to life.

The vision behind Thyme Canungra has always been to create a place where people feel connected, to nature, to their neighbours, and to a lifestyle that prioritises wellbeing.
