1. Definitions

The following definitions apply to the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions (the T&Cs):

Business Day means a day that is not a weekend or public holiday in Queensland.

EFT means Electronic Funds Transfer.

Eligibility Criteria means both the Referrer Eligibility Criteria and the Referred Eligibility Criteria.

Refer a Friend Form means the Serenitas form titled “Refer a Friend Rewards”.

Referral Bonus Offer means both of the Referred Bonus Offer and the Referrer Bonus Offer.

Referral Bonus Offer Period commences at 9am (AEST) on 1 October 2025 and concludes at 5pm (AEDT) on 19 December 2025.

Referred means a person referred by the Referrer to make an enquiry into the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra and is nominated as such on the Refer a Friend Form.

Referred Bonus Offer means the bonus offer specified in clause 6.

Referred Eligibility Criteria has the meaning given in clause 4.

Referrer means a person that refers the Referred to make an enquiry into the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra and is nominated as such on the Refer a Friend Form.

Referrer Bonus Offer means the bonus offer specified in clause 5 which a Referrer may receive for each separate Referred in a Refer a Friend Form that satisfies all the Referred Eligibility Criteria during the Referral Bonus Offer Period.

Referrer Eligibility Criteria has the meaning given in clause 3.

Sales Consultant means a Serenitas sales consultant in Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra.

Sales Contract means the contract entered between the Referrer and Serenitas that details the terms of the Referrer’s purchase of a home at the Site.

Serenitas means Serenitas Development Trust (ABN 78 498 179 049) of Level 36, Suite 03, 60 Margaret St, Sydney, NSW, 2000.

Serenitas Charity means one of Beyond Blue, Melanoma Institute Australia, and Surf Life Saving Australia Foundation.

Serenitas Database means the internal Serenitas database containing the names of individuals who have made previous enquiries directly to Serenitas across any Serenitas lifestyle resort, including the Site.

Settlement means the date the Referred pays the remaining purchase price for their new home (either a new build or stock home without a previous owner) in the Site and becomes the legal owner of the home at the Site.

Site means a new home (being either a new build or stock home without a previous owner) purchased in the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra on land leased from Serenitas.

Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra means the Serenitas resort located at address 27 Finch Road, Canungra QLD 4275.

Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra Social Club means the social club committee in the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra community.

2. Eligibility Criteria

For the Referred and the Referrer to be eligible for the Referral Bonus Offer, the Eligibility Criteria must be satisfied before the conclusion of the Referral Bonus Offer Period on 5 pm (AEDT) on 19 December 2025.

3. Referrer Eligibility Criteria

The following criteria must be satisfied:
(a) The Referrer must be an individual in a Sales Contract with Serenitas at any Thyme Lifestyle Resort location, at any stage prior to or following Settlement;

(b) The Referrer must complete the Refer a Friend Form and hand it to a Sales Consultant, prior to the Referred making an enquiry into the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra or else purchasing a home in Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra; and

(c) A Sales Consultant must confirm by signature after receipt of the Refer a Friend Form that the Referred is not on the Serenitas Database (collectively, the Referrer Eligibility Criteria) within the Referral Bonus Offer Period.

4. Referred Eligibility Criteria

The following criteria must be satisfied:
(a) The Referred must not already be on the Serenitas Database;

(b) The Referred must not have made an enquiry into the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra or else purchased a home in the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Canungra prior to the Referrer completing and submitting the Refer a Friend Form; and

(c) The Referred must complete Settlement of a Site by 5 pm on 19 December 2025,
(collectively, the Referred Eligibility Criteria).

5. Referrer Bonus Offer

(a) Subject to all of the Eligibility Criteria being satisfied, the Referrer Bonus Offer available to the Referrer is:

(i) AUD $3,000 payable to the Referrer via EFT to the bank account nominated by the Referrer in the Refer a Friend Form within twenty (20) Business Days of the Referred’s Settlement completion;

(ii) one (1) AUD $500 amount payable to the Thyme Lifestyle Resort Social Club of the Referrer; and

(iii) one (1) AUD $500 donation from Serenitas to one Serenitas Charity as nominated by the Referrer in the Refer a Friend Form.

(b) As of the date of these T&Cs, the Referrer Bonus Offer is valued at AUD $4,000.

(c) There are no limitations or restrictions on how many Referrer Bonus Offers can be received. The Referrer will receive a separate Referrer Bonus Offer for each Referred on a Refer a Friend Form, provided all the Eligibility Criteria are satisfied.

6. Referred Bonus Offer

(a) Subject to satisfaction of all the Eligibility Criteria, the Referred Bonus Offer is AUD $1,000 payable to the Referred, via EFT to the bank account nominated by the Referred on the Refer a Friend Form. The Referred will receive the Referred Bonus Offer within twenty (20) Business Days of Settlement taking place.

(b) As of the date of these T&Cs, the Referrer Bonus Offer is valued at AUD $1,000.

7. Revocation of or change to the Referral Bonus Offer

(a) At any time prior to the Eligibility Criteria being satisfied for the Referral Bonus Offer, Serenitas reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate the Referral Bonus Offer, including the Referral Bonus Offer Period and the Eligibility Criteria at any time without notice and without reason.

(b) Serenitas reserves the right to substitute any portion, or the entirety of, the Referral Bonus Offer with another Referral Bonus Offer of equivalent value.

8. Non-transferability

(a) The Referral Bonus Offer (and each separate incentive that makes up the Referral Bonus Offer) is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable (either individually or collectively); and

(b) The Referral Bonus Offer can be used in conjunction with other eligible Serenitas sales promotions.

9. Value exclusive of offers, discounts or rebates
The total Referral Bonus Offer is valued up to AUD$5,000.
The value of the Referral Bonus Offer does not take into account any other offers, discounts, or rebates.
