Your home remains entirely yours and it can be sold at any time, either with our assistance, through an external agent, or on your own. It also forms part of your estate and can be passed on to your beneficiaries. If they meet the community criteria, they may even choose to live in it themselves.

Beyond the weekly site fee, there are no extra costs outside of typical home ownership expenses. You’ll cover the usual utilities and services such as water, electricity, sewerage, internet, phone, and home insurance, just as you would in any other home. You also won’t pay stamp duty, council fees or other government charges.
